El galardón destaca la capacidad del centro para reinventarse a través de una estrategia verde integral, donde la vegetación se convierte en un elemento estructural de la experiencia. El estudio internacional **Chapman Taylor**, autor del proyecto arquitectónico, planteó una renovación profunda basada en luz, materiales y atmósferas. En ese marco, **PHARES** desarrolló todo el paisajismo interior: vegetación natural de gran porte, jardines verticales artificiales, green solutions y dirección técnica del mantenimiento. *Un interior que respira vegetación* Las cuatro zonas principales, **la Cúpula**, el **Food Court**, el **Atrio Este** y el **Atrio Oeste**, incorporan jardineras de gran tamaño sobre forjado, diseñadas para albergar vegetación subtropical y tropical de porte extraordinario. Las **Schefflera actinophylla ‘Amate’** conviven con palmeras de hasta doce metros, Livistonas, Veitchias, Dypsis y Licualas, creando un paisaje interior exuberante, fresco y lleno de textura. La vegetación suaviza la arquitectura, acompaña los recorridos y convierte las zonas estanciales en lugares donde apetece permanecer. La atmósfera se completa con **nebulización artificial**, que aporta humedad y un efecto escénico único cuando la luz atraviesa la niebla, y con **luces de crecimiento fotosintético** calibradas para compensar la menor iluminación natural de los meses de invierno. Cada zona desarrolla una composición distinta, coherente con su atmósfera y su uso, pero todas comparten un mismo enfoque: una lectura botánica creíble, capas vegetales profundas, sombras, volúmenes y una integración natural con la arquitectura. No son paneles estándar: son piezas escenográficas diseñadas para acompañar la experiencia del visitante y reforzar la identidad del centro. Los árboles de hasta doce metros se introdujeron por los pasillos del centro comercial mediante maquinaria especial, siempre en operaciones nocturnas y sin superar las cargas admisibles del forjado. El ritmo de trabajo fue quirúrgico: **dos ejemplares por noche**, dejando todo impecable antes de la apertura diaria. *Green Solutions.
