La reforma interior del mall, liderada por **Broadway Malyan, **se convierte en una pieza clave de esta transformación: un cambio de lenguaje, de atmósfera y de experiencia. En ese marco, **PHARES** desarrolla la estrategia vegetal que renaturaliza el interior, aportando vida, textura y un carácter contemporáneo basado en el concepto *Minimal Garden*. La vegetación se selecciona por **exposición solar real**, escala, textura y comportamiento en interior, buscando una lectura naturalista y contemporánea que acompaña la nueva identidad Westfield. A ellas se suman las **Veitchias** y **Ficus** de porte medio en zonas de mayor. El estrato arbustivo combina hojas pequeñas y alargadas en zonas boscosas, y hojas más grandes en áreas de paso, con tonos verdes, rojizos y floraciones blancas que aportan ritmo y puntos de luz. La densidad vegetal se diseña para que el espacio parezca **maduro desde el primer día**, evitando la sensación de plantación reciente.
