El estudio suizo **VOGT Landscape** desarrolla el concepto paisajístico original, y **PHARES** es el responsable de convertirlo en un proyecto de ejecución adaptado al clima, la normativa y la realidad constructiva de Madrid. **FM Arquitectos** coordina la arquitectura local, y contrata a **PHARES** desarrolla el **paisajismo de los patios interiores, las cubiertas y el entorno**, transformando la visión conceptual en un paisaje real, preciso y sostenible. Los parterres se diseñan con combinaciones mínimas, casi monográficas, que refuerzan la calma del campus y acompañan la arquitectura sin competir con ella. En las cubiertas, el paisaje cambia de registro: aparece un **fragmento de la Sierra de Guadarrama**, un pedazo de la Pedriza trasladado a la sede. Vegetación autóctona, resistente y estructural, que convierte la cubierta en un ecosistema propio, capaz de gestionar agua, temperatura y biodiversidad. Galería de proyecto básico. Recoge el agua, la filtra parcialmente a través del sustrato y la devuelve al ciclo del edificio. Antes de que los SUDS fueran un “estándar”, **PHARES** ya desarrolla aquí soluciones de drenaje sostenible que anticipan ese enfoque: capas filtrantes, retención temporal y vegetación como sistema activo. *Green solutions * *Cubiertas vivas, patios habitables, drenaje sostenible* El proyecto de ejecución desarrollado por **PHARES** se articula en tres grandes capítulos: **1. Cubiertas vivas** Un paisaje autóctono inspirado en la Pedriza, con sustratos técnicos, drenajes sostenibles y vegetación adaptada al clima continental. **2. Patios habitables** Vegetación sobria, elegante y estructural que acompaña la arquitectura y define la experiencia del campus. **3. Paisajismo del entorno** Tratamiento vegetal y drenaje del perímetro de la sede, integrando el campus en su contexto urbano y climático. *Cierre* Un jardín para la nueva ciudad del BBVA. Un paisaje que une arquitectura, técnica y territorio.
